Why We Built Concentrated Incentives
The idea behind CIs is straightforward:
LPs should be rewarded where they create the most impact - this is at and close to the market price, which is where swaps and trades happen.
Projects should get more from their emissions - they get more out of the money they spend on incentives, while still bootstrapping strong markets.
Traders deserve better liquidity, with less slippage and more efficient swaps.
By aligning incentives directly with the market, CI transforms yield farming from a blunt tool into a precision instrument.
How It Works
A bin-based design is at the heart of our DLMM. Each pool has an active bin - the price range where trades are happening.
Concentrated Incentives attach rewards to a reward range (a configurable set of bins around the active price). Liquidity providers (LPs) who deploy inside this range will:
Earn swap fees from traders
Earn real-time, on-chain CI rewards, proportional to their share of liquidity inside the range
As prices move, the reward range shifts with the market, ensuring liquidity is always encouraged exactly where it matters most.
💡 Example: If you own 30% of the liquidity in the reward bins, you earn 30% of the rewards instantly, continuously, on-chain.
